feed easier
stress less

Breastfeeding can be hard, but you don't have to do it alone.

As a lactation counselor, I'm here to guide you through every step of your breastfeeding journey - so you feel confident, supported, and ready for whatever comes next.

Let's be real - breastfeeding can feel like a huge challenge, especially when you're already juggling the emotions, exhaustion, and chaos of new motherhood. Between the sleepless nights, the pressure to get it "right", and constant self-doubt, it's easy to feel lost.

As a mom who's been there, a nurse who's worked with families for over 9 years, and a lactation counselor who's had my own struggles, I'm here to help you through it all - without judgment, just support.

Because motherhood doesn't come with a manual.

BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT ON YOUR OWN.

(AND I NEVER WANT another mom to experience that AGAIN.)

As a pediatric nurse, I thought breastfeeding would just come naturally - I was trained to work with moms and babies, after all.

But when my baby arrived, I quickly realized that nothing about breastfeeding was as easy as I had imagined it would be.

I struggled and cried... a lot.

The advice I got from well-meaning people wasn't helpful and I got the unsupportive "why don't you just give formula?" more than I can count.

But I was determined to make breastfeeding work. And we did. For 18 months, my baby and I made it through, and I learned a lot along the way (including a lactation certification).

And that's how June and Lily came to be!

I’m Taylor — and I cried through the pain of cracked and bleeding nipples with my first.

It takes time, patience, and the right support.

Over the years, I've found that what most moms really want is simple: to feel confident in their breastfeeding journey without the stress and overwhelm. That's why I focus on offering real advice, hands-on support, and plenty of encouragement. You deserve to feel calm, capable, and empowered.

Bottom line -
I make breastfeeding feel manageable.

Breastfeeding isn't always the smooth, natural process people make it out to be.

That's the thing:

"You encouraged me so much with triple feeding.  Baby girl (#3) is now 4.5 months and thriving! At 3 months - it just clicked (after allll the therapies,  hard work, and triple feeds) and we're blissfully on the other side. I legitimately tear up with gratitude typing this!"

Without making me feel like I was dumb. Thank you for all you do and for all the support you give us moms.
